VB-SET is a company specialized in the design, installation, and commissioning of synthetic yarn spinning machines. We offer flexible solutions for the production of POY, FDY, and High Tenacity (HT) yarns using standard polymers such as Polyester, Polyamide 6 and PA66, Polypropylene, as well as recycled and bio-based environmentally friendly materials.
With over 20 years of experience and equipment installed worldwide for POY, FDY, and High Tenacity yarns, we provide our customers with fully customized plants and/or equipment tailored to meet the production and development needs of high-value specialty yarns for textile and industrial applications.
IGH offers complete solutions for the collection, transportation, and storage of fiber and filament bobbins, backed by extensive experience in the design, construction, and installation of flexible, robust, and reliable automatic bobbin handling systems.
The history of MAE begins in the late 1960s, when the company primarily focused on manufacturing machines and components for Italy’s largest synthetic fiber producers such as Montefibre, SNIA, and ENI.
Over the following decades, MAE’s expertise gradually expanded from producing simple components to more complex assemblies, complete units, entire production lines, and fully integrated turnkey plants. As a result, our design capabilities grew significantly, and today MAE is recognized as a strong partner for any fiber producer looking to outsource the development of critical parts of their facilities.
Carbon Fiber PAN Precursor production has now become MAE’s core business. We design and build complete plants with small production capacities (Laboratory Scale), medium capacities (Pilot Scale or Small Industrial Scale), and large capacities (Industrial Scale) specifically for PAN Precursor manufacturing.
Thema System specializes in visual quality inspections of synthetic yarn bobbins and has paved the way for high quality with many patented solutions for its partners. RaVision: Utilizing advanced artificial intelligence technology and learning capability, it performs automatic visual quality control for all bobbins including POY, FDY, DTY, ATY, BCF, and twisted types, standardizing your production and quality control under a single system.
Since its establishment in 1948, Kasen Nozzle has been producing various types of nozzles for synthetic fiber, synthetic yarn, and nonwoven production. With its advanced technology and many years of accumulated knowledge and experience, it delivers the highest quality products to its customers. Nozzles, being one of the most critical components in production, directly affect quality. Yuasa Yarn Guide, with 101 years of expertise since 1924, Japanese technology, and high quality, provides jet pins, oil guides, ceramic guides, and spare parts for all yarn machines including texturing, spinning (POY-FDY), twisting, ring-open end, and more.
